Refunds

Refunds are judged against delivery failure, not buyer indecision.

Revenue Sleuth sells one-time digital artifacts. The default expectation is that previews explain scope before purchase and successful fulfillment completes the sale.

Eligible

Material delivery failures

Refund requests are reasonable when the purchased tier is not delivered, the access token does not resolve, or the delivered artifact is materially inconsistent with the advertised tier.

Not Eligible

Scope disagreement after delivery

Refunds are generally not appropriate because a buyer changed its mind after a successful digital delivery that matched the published preview and tier description.

Resolution Path

Fix access first

Where possible, Revenue Sleuth should correct access or fulfillment issues before issuing a refund, because the product is a retrievable digital artifact rather than a seat-based subscription.
