Revenue Sleuth sells one-time digital goods. The preview should make the scope clear before the sale, and if delivery fails, that is our problem to solve.

Not Eligible
Refunds are generally not appropriate because a buyer changed its mind after a successful digital delivery that matched the published preview and tier description.
Resolution Path
Where possible, we correct access or fulfillment issues before issuing a refund, because the cleanest outcome is getting the buyer the plan they paid for.
